Cacao, most famously known as the main ingredient in chocolate, is a magical natural plant medicine native to Costa Rica. Cacao has been used in cultures across the world for its medicinal value in opening the heart as a spiritual practice and bringing more connection, inspiration, creativity, and clarity into your life. It is a beautiful practice for celebration and connection with Spirit.

There are may ways of working with the medicine of Cacao from cultivating a daily practice, to preparing chocolate on your own, or of course experiencing this connection through ceremony. 

During a cacao ceremony, the sessions flow intuitively based on the needs of the participants but typically include an introduction to Cacao, a sharing of the physical medicinal properties, drinking of the Cacao itself prepared as a hot beverage, optional Reiki to promote the healing of any personal issue, personalized intuitive readings including tarot cards and channeled messages, and chocolates and Cacao essential oils to share. 

In any context, through ceremony or a personal session, I also specialize in guiding on how to integrate the magic of Cacao into your everyday life. It is a rich part of my heritage as I am both Mayan and Mexican, and have been studying and working with cacao locally since moving to Costa Rica several years ago.
