Choosing a yoga and meditation instructor can be overwhelming to say the least. It can be hard to know what to look for, or to find someone that you relate and feel comfortable with! With my sessions, I include a consultation beforehand to get to know you and your individual goals. Whether that is relaxation, to gain flexibility, strength, restoration, rehabilitation, or to expand your spiritual practice, I make sure that our sessions cater to your individual needs.
Many people don't know or realize that while yoga postures are a big part of the practice, in traditional yoga this is only what is called one of the eight limbs of yoga. The other seven are all about developing awareness through meditation. For this reason, I include guided meditation sessions under the umbrella of "yoga." Guided meditations are also catered to your unique needs. Whether that is finding stillness, relief, connecting with inner guidance, or visualizations to achieve specific manifestations (such as mobility or abundance) we will work through these goals in a consultation as well.
I won't put you in crazy postures, unless of course you want to be there!! Yoga is all about exploring and getting to know YOU! Be sure to also check out my weekly classes and events as well, if you are interested in a group setting vs. private sessions.
All sessions are for one hour
30 minute option for guided meditation and breathwork.
